Welcome to HVT

 

The Human Velocity Training group brings together Melbourne based athletes of varied abilities who compete at distances ranging from 800m through to the marathon. A number of qualified coaches supervise the sessions and are on hand to give advice and guidance at all times.

Our regular quality/speed training sessions are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings commencing from the Tan track. All evening sessions commence at 6:10pm.  Training venues include the Tan track, Olympic Park, Goschs Paddock and Fawkner Park.

The group also conduct Wednesday afternoon and Saturday/Sunday morning runs.  The Training Information page contains current details of these runs.

HVT welcomes runners of any ability to come along and have a run. There are no fees associated with the group.
